Harcz & Partner Ltd. has been active in the field if HR translation since 1997. Our specialist human resources translators regularly handle the translation of course material, tests, resumés (CV’s), motivation letters, recommendations, references and job applications from English into a plethora of languages that literally range from Arabic to Zulu and from many of these languages into English as well.
The rates we charge for HR translation are rather favorable compared to the prices applied by most American, Canadian and British translation agencies, while the quality we produce is at least as high thanks to the close co-operation we maintain with our native and professional freelance translators, editors and proofreaders. However, we generally prefer to quote on individual projects in the light of their characteristics, such as volume, subject matter, technical complexity, software requirements, expected turn-around and the regularity of assignments from the given client. Our freelance linguists make use of translation memory programs (e.g. Wordfast Pro, SDLX, Transit, Trados and MemoQ) in order that terminological consistency be ensured. An additional benefit of such software is that we can charge significantly less for repetitions and fuzzy (partial) matches than translation companies whose freelancers do not use translation memory software.
Beside HR translation, Harcz & Partner Ltd. Translation Company translates texts in several other subject matters as well, including but not restricted to the following: business contracts, agreements, commercial documents, legal texts (statutes, patents, minutes) , medical and pharmaceutical documents (such as informed consent forms, patient information sheets and leaflets, SPC’s, PIL’s, IVF documents, etc.), scientific papers and articles, theses, technical documents (such as owner’s manuals, user guides, technical patents and product descriptions), marketing material, business correspondence, personal letters and messages, love letters, as well as writings related to environmental protection and human rights. For the translation of the last two items in this list, we offer discounted rates to promote the global cause in our own way.
When required, we can turn around the translation within a very short time frame (if needed, overnight). Rush charges apply to immediate or extremely urgent projects only. Our native freelance linguists are ready to burn the midnight oil to cater for your translation needs in a prompt and timely manner, without compromising quality. In the course of the decade and a half we have spent in the translation industry, our speed has been one of the factors for which our clients kept returning to us for more.
